It's very competitive price, excellent location in Spoletto, and friendly and helpful staff.

Ideal location for exploring Spoleto and surroundings. Excellent value for money. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
The breakfast was typical of most Italian accommodation - basic, uninspired and not always the freshest.

It's location was excellent,being just a few yards from a roman teat to and museum and within easy reach of other sights. There were many good value restaurants nearby,and the place had an easy relaxed atmosphere.
There was no lift ,and for some people with mobility problems there was no help with luggage. No bath ,and the shower space was small. No lounge for group to relax .
